You have a lot of WONDERFUL options when it comes to character entertainment in New England! We’re thrilled to exist in a market where each one of us can thrive on our uniqueness and what makes us special.

Consistency – Every photo and video you see on our website and social media reflects what you’ll receive the day of your party. ALL our fairytale friends & princesses sing LIVE. We are CONSISTENT in what we offer, always.

Quality – It is easy for anyone to put on a wig and a dress. We don’t just appear at your front door and call it a day; we show you that we love what we do. We hire only those who love to make magic for children, and expect no less. We spend countless hours researching and perfecting the mannerisms, movements, and colloquialisms of the characters your child knows and loves. We wear the highest quality costumes, wigs, accessories, and shoes that this industry has to offer. Anyone can dress up as a character, but Wishes Character Company yearns to show you that the QUALITY of our appearance and performance is what makes us stand out from the rest.

Immersion – When you travel to somewhere new, you are immersed in a whole new environment. When we travel to you, we promise that you will be immersed in the magic of our performance. Your child is only young once, and we want them to hold the special memories they make in their childhoods as closely to their hearts as you do. Our performers will entertain, enchant, and celebrate with your guests with one goal in mind; to make the most magic possible. We will IMMERSE you in the magic and make you relive that same childlike wonder we all once instinctively felt.

While gratuity is never required at our events, if you feel our performer(s) did a truly exceptional job, it is always greatly appreciated. A 5-Star review on Google helps our small business grow tremendously and would also mean just as much!

Our performers will arrive dressed and ready with everything needed for your booked package’s activities — even themed music! All we need from you is a nice, open space, plus a chair for story time & a table and chairs for crafts or glitter tattoos if applicable. For outdoor events, please provide shade for comfort.

We’re happy to perform anywhere! For venues that already have entertainment or activities (play cafés, boutiques, playgrounds, etc.), we recommend our 30-Minute Package — perfect timing without overlapping the venue’s schedule.

Of course! However, we cannot hold rain dates. Please provide a backup indoor location in case of bad weather. Mascot parties cannot take place outdoors if temperatures exceed 85°F — performer safety first!

We recommend booking character arrival about 30 minutes after your party begins — this allows late guests to enjoy all activities. Let us know if you’d like them for “Happy Birthday” or cake cutting — we’ll time it perfectly!

Children under the age of 2 do not count as “participating children” in any booked party package, so there’s no need to factor them into your head count!

However, we love celebrations for children of all ages, and highly recommend our 30-Minute Packages for your child’s party if they are turning 1, 2, or 3 years old! This is just the right amount of time for young attention spans before they’re ready for a new activity (or a royal nap!)

Certainly! If you’d like your booked character to participate in a special activity with your little one (Ex: Opening a special present with them, join in on a pre-planned craft or game, etc.) we’d be more than happy to do so!

Alternatively, if you’d rather us switch out an activity in one of our packages (Ex: Exchange temporary tattoos for another game or dance), we’d be delighted to do that too. Don’t hesitate to let us know how we can make your event extra magical!

Due to the length of time they take & cost of materials, Premium Glitter Tattoos and Character-Themed Crafts are only available for our 1.5 Hour Package.

At Wishes Character Company, we “pixie dust promise” to give our clients a seamless, streamlined, and professional party experience that you & your child will remember for years to come. As assistants to you and our character performers, our Character Attendants are crucial in making this promise a reality for you. For these reasons, Character Attendants are a non-negotiable component of our party packages.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking to secure your requested date, time, character(s), and package on our calendar. This deposit is collected so we ensure that your requested date & time is reserved for you & only you!

This deposit must be made within 72 hours of our confirmed availability for your requested date & time. If this deposit is not received within 72 hours, we reserve the right to relinquish your date & time and make it available to other clients.

If you need to reschedule your party due to illness or inclement weather, we would be more than happy to transfer your deposit to another date that you and Wishes Character Company can both accommodate. Should you wish to completely cancel your event and opt to not reschedule, your deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee.
