We are always searching for talented, creative, and enthusiastic performers who love to entertain children and have a passion for making magic!

We are looking for applicants to fulfill our Face Character, Mascot Character, & Royal Attendant positions at this time.

Requirements for ALL Roles:

★ Must be 18+ years of age and pass a criminal background check

★ Experience working with children ages 3-8

★ Valid CT driver’s license and functioning vehicle

★ Live within 50 miles of Southington, CT

★ Consistent weekend availability

Face Character Applicants:

★ Resemble beloved fairytale characters and princesses

★ Have no visible tattoos or piercings

★ Have a beautiful singing voice (all of our face characters sing LIVE at events!)

★ Comfortable applying theatrical-grade makeup & wearing wigs

Mascot Character Applicants:

★ Comfortable moving, dancing, and animating in large body costumes, heads, and feet

★ Comfortable working in large body costumes in hot & humid weather for limited periods

Ready to apply? Here’s what we need from you!

ALL Applicants:

★ 2 or 3 of your favorite selfies

★ Any experience you have working with children (day care, summer camps, babysitting, etc.)

★ A written paragraph explaining why you’d be a great fit for Wishes Character Company!

Face Character Applicants Must Also Provide:

★ A smiling headshot

★ A performance/acting resume

★ A one-minute video of you singing “Let it Go,” “Part of Your World,” or “How Far I’ll Go” a cappella.
